Feature and its Use Cases

The current CONTRIBUTING.md contains placeholder content and some generic sections that are not fully aligned with the OrgExplorer project setup.

This issue proposes refining the contributing guide to make it more project-specific and contributor-friendly. The document is not being finalized yet, but improved to better reflect the current project structure and stack.
