Start Menu arrangement

I am loving Anduin 2.x!
How do I organize the start menu? I would like to alphabetize the list or perhaps divide by subject (office, internet, social, games, etc.). Thanks in advance.

AnduinOS uses ArcMenu (Source) as its Start Menu.

I suggest you explore the Settings feature provided by ArcMenu.

One of the features allows you to switch between different Menu Layout options.

Below are some screenshots of the operation for your reference.

Move the cursor to the ArcMenu icon in the bottom panel of the desktop, and then Mouse-Right-Button-Click to bring up the menu shown in the screenshot below.

Thank you very much for your helpful (and very thorough!) reply.
I notice your photos show you're in "live installation" mode. I have already installed the OS. ArcMenu doesn't show up on my app launch menu and the settings menu doesn't list ArcMenu, either. Is this an add-on software I need to install?

Sorry, I didn't realize you had to right click the start menu to show ArcMenu. Thanks for your help and patience. ;^)

Got it, I just added the following explanation to the reply above.

Move the cursor to the ArcMenu icon in the bottom panel of the desktop, and then Mouse-Right-Button-Click to bring up the menu shown in the screenshot below.

Pinned Apps / Grouping

You can also group Pinned Apps by dragging them with the left mouse button.

You can refer to another discussion.

Additionally, during the discussion, I discovered an interesting Gnome Shell Extension (simple-taskbar).

It's README.md contains animated images illustrating the Grouping Pinned Apps operation.
