建议添加数据存储位置选择功能，astrBoot存储数据的位置在C:\Users\用户名.astrbot下，安装插件及相关python库也在这里，导致对系统盘产生较大负担，故建议提供让用户自行选择数据存储的位置

windows系统以及其他存在多物理磁盘但系统盘空间有限的系统
