Hi! I wanted to bump versions for the stringtie module on nf-core but not container tag were available for a more recent singularity image. I was surprised because the current image used is several years old and stringtie did have several releases since then. So I checked the bicontainer registry for and stringtie and it is up to date for the conda and docker image but not for singularity despite the newer images images being available on depot.galaxyproject.org/singularity, they are not listed.
