[Question / Feature Request]: Make Cap available on Scoop

First off, thanks for such an amazing software!!

I would like to know if it's possible to make Cap available on Scoop, a package manager for Windows, in the same way it's currently available on Brew.

This is related to a few other open package manager requests:

• Add winget-releaser github action for auto new releases to CapSoftware.Cap #1714 - winget support (already has a CapSoftware.Cap package in winget, discussion about automating releases)
• Provide a Chocolatey package for Windows users #1729 - Chocolatey support

One important note: Cap currently distributes Windows installers through CrabNebula Cloud rather than GitHub releases. The GitHub releases are draft-only for release notes. This affects how package managers can pull new versions automatically.

For Scoop specifically, you'd need to either:

1. Submit to a Scoop bucket (like extras) with a manifest pointing to the CrabNebula CDN URL, though this would require manual updates for each release unless CrabNebula's "latest" URL works reliably

2. Wait for the workflow changes discussed in Add winget-releaser github action for auto new releases to CapSoftware.Cap #1714 - if the team decides to upload Windows installers to GitHub releases, that would enable standard auto-update patterns for Scoop, winget, and Chocolatey simultaneously

The Scoop manifest format is straightforward - it would need the installer URL, hash, and version info. The main question is the same one being worked through in #1714: where the canonical Windows installer URL should come from.
