Add "Forgot Password" link on Sign In page

Currently, the Sign In page does not have a "Forgot Password" option.
Adding this link will allow users to reset their password if they forget it, improving user experience and accessibility.

✅ Expected Behavior:

• "Forgot Password" link should be visible on the Sign In page.
• Clicking the link should redirect users to the password reset flow/page.

📌 Notes:

• Ensure the link is styled consistently with the page design.
• Make sure the redirect works properly.
