After e-person create form submission, application becomes unresponsive

Describe the bug

When we submit form at https://demo.dspace.org/access-control/epeople/create application becomes unresponsive.

• I have checked demo dspace
• I have checked against current main

I have analyzed network tab and after submission no requests are executed. There are no errors in console.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Visit https://demo.dspace.org/access-control/epeople/create
2. Create user
3. E-person list will not get loaded, you cannot enter any other view e.g. Edit > Collection
4. The only way to fix it is to refresh page

Expected behavior

Application do not hang when we submit form.

I have found the problem and will claim to fix it. The issue is with cache invalidation and method clearEPersonRequests.
