Hook for checking if CUDA driver is available does not work for `EESSI/2025.06`

When we updated the mechanism for adding CUDA drivers to 2025.06 we never updated the hook that injects a check for the drivers.

The new version should be checking for

/cvmfs/software.eessi.io/versions/$EESSI_VERSION/compat/linux/x86_64/lib/nvidia/libcuda.so
/cvmfs/software.eessi.io/versions/$EESSI_VERSION/compat/linux/x86_64/lib/nvidia/cuda_version.txt

(and/or the override directories?)

For strict checking we should actually be using the files:

/cvmfs/software.eessi.io/host_injections/2023.06/compat/linux/x86_64/lib/libcuda.so.1
/cvmfs/software.eessi.io/versions/2025.06/compat/linux/x86_64/lib/nvidia/libcuda.so.1

and we probably still want to do the version checking from the same basedirs
