Feature request: ListChannelsByDestination #3
Description
Currently glightning has ListChannels and ListChannelsBySource, but lacks ListChannelsByDestination. This should be easy to do as https://lightning.readthedocs.io/lightning-listchannels.7.html already provides such capabilities and is symmetrical to ListChannelsBySource
