When a player is within vanish-mode, it is undesirable to have death-messages be sent to chat; also, if they leave while in vanish, sending a quit-message gives that fact away. As of now, only the latter issue can somewhat be mitigated, by granting essentials.silentquit - but this obviously also removes quit-messages when not in vanish.
As alluded to in the title, EssentialsDiscord already has this config-option, so I don't see a reason as to why main Essentials cannot implement it just as well.
