Chainload from rEFInd says not valid efi file

Using a rEFInd to load either 32/64 version of csmwrap says it is not a valid efi file.

I have also attempted to load it directly, no chain loading, but my PC gives a black screen with no info.

I am booting from USB. Fat32 mbr only one partition.

I also wouldn't mind a fancy PNG logo with transparency, 600px square, with the word bios or csmwrap
