MUX: integrate Vimba camera

As a user on MUX I would like to integrate a Vimba camera.

Standard AreaDetector drivers exist for Vimba cameras: https://areadetector.github.io/areaDetector/ADVimba/ADVimba.html

Acceptance criteria:

• IBEX IOC written using above AreaDetector support
• Standard OPI available for Vimba cameras
• Documentation written
• Support for saving data (images) from Vimba cameras
  • Note: overall data rate from MUX's Vimba camera may be 1-10TB a day, so this may need separate discussions about data storage. For this ticket, just ensure a file can be saved from the IOC to a specified directory, create separate issue(s) for long term data storage of those files if necessary

Discuss relative priority with AH (Muons) before picking up (it's currently not clear whether this will just be an occasional setup, or a more permanent feature on MUX).

do we have a model number for the camera so we can check if genicam dbs exist already?
