Message logs username display not updated for new username format #3
Description
Various logs that display user usernames shows users that don't have a discriminator having a discriminator of #0000
The logs that I have found so far to be affected by this issue are:
- Deleted Messages
- Edited Messages
- Suspicious Messages
- Inappropriate Messages
Expected behavior is for people that have no discriminator to not have the discriminator in their username, and for the few remaining legacy users (do they exist still?) to have the discriminator still.
