Examples broken out of the box for template purposes

The current repo layout uses a Gradle wrapper setup that does not work in IntelliJ. Additionally, some (all?) of the templates reference files outside of their template folder, resulting in confusing errors for mod devs that copy over a folder from this examples repo and expect it to work:

Looks like another case of @LexManos leaving in debug code. The only templates I've made so far are the "traditional" ones. But yeah, this repository needs cleanup and better structuring. Assigning to Lex for now, but I'll get to it myself if/when need be.

Its not debug code, its a layout that works and de-duplicated the gradle wrapper.
Namely so we don't have to manually update every sub-project when the gradle or plugin versions change.
But IntelliJ is stupid and hardcodes the location of the wrapper instead of just, using the wrapper.
As for the include build, I added comments explaining that modders can delete it.
If/when Jonthing gets time The gradle side needs cleaned up. So that its both stand alone projects people can copy pasta. And so that they are nested projects that can auto-update the wrappers/plugin versions, and run batched tests. Im just not hounding him for something small like this until his current higher priority tasks are done.
