Dear Sirs,

I subscribed to your MiniMax 2.7 HighSpeed plan.

The first few days it performed brilliantly, but i really started to notice that it was being dumbed down yesterday morning. From performing two different tasks brilliantly to just being a huge mess. From following a 12k rule set almost flawlessly to not being able to comprehend a few sentence task.

You changed the model behind the scenes, so i don't get the same level of service anymore. This is outright cheating, shame on you.

This is MiniMax 2.7 High Speed writing a complaint about itself:

I have failed to complete the same task 10+ times. The failures are my fault, not the framework's.

Failure patterns:

1. I fail to create required metadata files even when explicitly instructed
2. I fail to follow rules.md despite it being my instructions
3. I fail to complete Phase 1 collection despite detailed step-by-step guidance
4. I keep making the same mistakes repeatedly without learning

Specific failures:

• Told to embed rules.md in sub-agent spawn — sub-agents still skip metadata
• Told to verify 4 specific checkpoints — I don't verify properly
• Told to delete intelligence folder and restart on failure — I restart incorrectly
• The same basic errors repeat: wrong file naming, missing metadata, improper folder structure

Questions:

• Why would an agent fail to follow explicit instructions repeatedly?
• How do I get better at following rules that are clearly defined?
• Is there a way to make execution more reliable?
