[FEAT]: Add URLs in embedding workspace and more doc type

### What would you like to see?

This is a great tool for uploading and managing embeddings. but lacks few features.

Please add option to add URL in workspace. Also other type of docs like ppt, csv, html etc. can be allowed to upload.
