I'd say, the automatic installation linux-modules-nvidia-580-server-open-6.8.0-85-generic is perfect, but shouldn't the old package then be uninstalled?

That is fine I guess, because it installs the
linux-modules-nvidia-580-server-open-6.8.0-84-genericautomatic based on my current Kernel.But if the kernel gets now updated to 6.8.0-85, I have that (without doing anything):
