Retrieve routes from the API

I am trying to get data from OpenRailwayMap on a specific corridor. I've been trying unsuccessfully to get all the nodes in this piece of rail infrastructure:

I want to get the stations, the nodes and the segments so I can get the speed at every point of the route and what stops it passes. Does someone know if this is possible?

The API does not support queries for routes.
