Error when creating a new build

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

• I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

Windows

What are your system specifications and configuration?

OS: Windows 10
GPU: RTX 4060
Path: A regular, not write-protected path

How to reproduce the issue

1. Open up Path of Building-PoE2
2. Press "New" to make a new build
3. Immediately error, can't make a new build

I have identified the particular variable on the line in the screenshot to be entry.cappedBuffer that is causing the problem.
