Agent loses context of created files after session restart

I think posthog code might be forgetting about the files it created after the session was restarted due to inactivity

I've been trying to get it to edit the file it created yesterday, including telling it the temp file name, and it's just tried to create a new file with the same name instead. LMK if you want more info!
