Steps to reproduce
pip install cx_Oracle pandas openpyxl
python -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel
pip install cx_Oracle
Since all of above did not worked tried below
Remove-Module PSReadLine
Import-Module PSReadLine
Expected behavior
no iformation
