(possible bug) double entry of additional speakers in tutorial proposal

I've submitted a tutorial proposal, and invited additional speaker.

It is showing two records of the same speaker. Screenshot:

This appears to have something to do with the order of operations between:

• Invitation Sent
• User Creation
• Acceptance of Invitation

I'll need to look a bit more closely. There is a additional speaker object. I've tidied the specific case referenced up.
