Possible "Use resampling" bug

Hi,

When fitting some recent data, I've noticed that ticking the "Use resampling" box in the "Contrasts" tab introduces additional high frequency wiggles into the data, which I believe it shouldn't. I've used this feature due the high roughnesses in the fits. I'm not sure it is a bug, or expected, but I thought I'd report it:

I understand this issue and am working on a fix. It is essentially the same as issue #427 in matlab-RAT https://github.com/RascalSoftware/RAT/issues/427

In this case, the SLD profile is built along a limited z range, based on the sum of the unroughened layer widths. The tail of the large roughness goes beyond that, and doesn't hit the bulk out value at max(z). Then, there is effectively a large jump to the infinite bulk out phase in the calculation, and that jump gives the fringes. Will adjust the max(z) value of the profile to account for this.
