Feature Request Changes to summary data for questions

Some feedback from instructors on the summary data for a question.

1. Teachers would prefer to see the number of attempts per student rather than the number of "fully correct" students; the Correct and %correct columns seemed redundant.
2. Answered is not very clear
3. Is the "Extra Time" a temporary addition for grading? Does it make a permanent entry in the deadline exception table?
4. Teachers didn't know what "Multi-grade" meant seems very similar to regrade?
