Device Switch While Running Stream (Bluetooth)

I am using cpal in a flutter_rust_bridge flutter app and it works great on all platforms so far, but when the user switches to a Bluetooth microphone the stream stays on the internal microphone. Does anyone have away of dealing with it especially on Android?

While automatically switching to the new device would be the preferred option, stopping the stream would also be acceptable.

The problem is that AAudio has no native device-change hook, and the Java-only class that provides one (AudioManager.registerAudioDeviceCallback) isn't reachable from cpal. Unless someone else comes along with a better idea, I don't see what we could do about this now.
