Make a settings item #281
Description
Include a settings item on the toolbar. Have it have a drop down menu item. Currently it would only have two items, a tick box for whether or not Google analytics is enabled (defaulted to on) and an AGPLv3 license message, potentially accompanied by "download ScriptedForms source code".
