Website: Create library reference

To quickly find classes and methods.
Generate it with compilation into a JSON file, similar to CompliledCassesJson.js now.
Als save the fist comment after class en methods definitions.
Build a static website from the info,with one page per class in a hierarchy. Like TutorialBuilder,
Serve the static website like Tutorial.
Also implement a search option for class and methos names.

Check it out, feedback welcome.
Still todo: Put the navigation pane in a popup menu when viewed on mobile devices,
because the screen is to narrow to display the navigation and content side by side.
