Add a language option for the online website

Would it be possible to add a language option to the online website? For instance, a language selection dropdown in the Advanced Configuration section could be helpful. Since the language can be specified using the --language parameter when running locally, I was wondering if it might also be feasible to support language selection for online generation?

I'm considering support it, but the current local implementation actually doesn't work so well.
The better way to generate multi-language documentation is to first generate the English version, then translate it.

Most browsers like chrome can natively translate page. Is the result good enough?
