Bug Description

Pretty basic issue, but I don't think we're tracking this yet. If the map.ini file for a custom map is different between clients, the game may mismatch at any point. The file can even be entirely empty; as long as it exists, it's not transferred.

We should be able to detect this and prevent the match from starting.
