Alert the user to when no more files are being uploaded

I added a few hundred files to a remote project and I need an easy way to tell when the uploads are finished so i can move on and do something else. Right now the only way it seems is to look at the status column in the project browser which is not usable when files are nested in folders, so either the folder itself sets the status to the number of files yet to be uploaded, or we need to add a flattened file browser.

I think we need to add a flattened file browser considering that it will also help resolve a number of issues:
