Agent Router

Agent Registry is nice. Once I have a registry, then I want to be able to route requests from external systems like Jira, GitHub, Slack and so on to agents.

Only some messages are relevant and should result in a task being submitted to an agent. This means I need this following:

• Message matcher. This could be a CeL expression. It determines if the message should be submitted as a task to a specific agent.
• **Context ID/task ID expression **. This is an expression that evaluates to find existing IDs so the agent can continue work.
