Newer Ubuntu version require a specific netcat package

This is what it shows on Ubuntu 22.10. I know this isn't supported, but this is an FYI for future versions.

Installing netcat-traditional appears to work. However, netcat-openbsd is the version selected on previous versions of Ubuntu so it may not matter which one is chosen.

At least on the DigitalOcean images, Ubuntu 24.04 is the only image that wasn't able to install via netcat.

netcat-traditional appears to have been introduced as an option starting in Ubuntu 22.04, so for the sake of backwards-compatibility it seems like netcat-openbsd is the way to go. (reinforced by the fact that DigitalOcean installs netcat-openbsd on all four Ubuntu versions by default...)
