npm start won't work

Hi, 
npm start doesn't work and i did npm install(worked) and gulp go(failed - browser-sync not in dev dependencies). It said it cannot find module express so i figured that it didn't install packages.
Windows 10.
Thx for sharing! Sorry i didn't make a Pr, but git is not my strength.
