STEPS TO REPRODUCE

When the TF plugin creates a public network the naming convention is "PublicNetworkZoneID", for policies it is "NetworkPolicyNetworkID"

EXPECTED RESULTS

The names should include an unique identifier for that particular ACS setup so multiple ACS deployments can live in the same Fabric

ACTUAL RESULTS

The names do not include an unique identifier for that particular ACS setup which limits it to one Region per Fabric
