SUMMARY

TF plugin doesn't use the parameter DomainID for the actions taken in the "Tungsten Fabric" tab of Tungsten Provider

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

On the UI the Networks->Tungsten Fabric tab is not present for non root-admin users.
On the API there's no DomainID parameter for several calls

EXPECTED RESULTS

For an end user to be able to create policies, tags, service groups, etc... in their domain
(Tungsten Fabric is domain aware and uses domains for some elements, e.g. Networks"

ACTUAL RESULTS

UI element is not present
API calls do not have the DomainID parameter
