SUMMARY

When creating a new Network Policy it is not activated. One has to go to the Tungsten Fabric UI and chance anything in the policy (just ticking "logging" and then unticking it is enough)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create a new Network Policy, attach it to networks, try to route traffic as per the policy.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Create a new Network Policy, attach it to networks. Policy takes effect.

ACTUAL RESULTS

Create a new Network Policy, attach it to networks. Policy does not take effect.
