Not able to read image files

Checks

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

macOS 26.3.1 (25D2128)

Expected behaviour

After allowing permission for reading file it should start reading the files.

Actual behaviour

Getting this error while allowing access to read files : request_id: 7695f6e4-f4f7-4f23-b77d-7b1690dbd3a5, error: An unknown error occurred: ValidationException, below is the thing which is occuring.

go through the EADR_Steps.xlsx and EADRWorkflow.png and understand the project details, and also go through the xml and typescript files of EADR

Steps to reproduce

just give this prompt to read files and then it would ask to allow permissions for reading, after that it is failing.
