Hub Content Slider Overlay #14

Can likely just cherry pick this: https://github.com/bithubapp/bithub-admin/tree/develop/components/service-form
When overlay is active, shows list of allowed services in a grid. Allows user to add, edit, or remove content to a hub.

Might need some research to see how much work is needed to port this over. Might need to break this out into smaller issues, too.
