Include a linux build, also make web app PWA!

Describe the feature

Since project is using Tauri for the desktop part which is it that there's no linux build available and yet tauri supports that, also realized web version is not PWA so I couldn't install it. These are issue am willing to contribute on!

It should be implemented because

Linux build will allow users from linux who are mostly the markdown lovers anyways use this more conveniently, PWA will bring a lot of benefits as well, including installing on mobile and desktop if one doesn't want the heavy native or so versions.

Additional context

I like the project so far, it shares same vision and minimalistic view I have, I am actually working on another project similar and have been on it for some good time, though for it uses react and tauri while here it's svelte which is also very fine, can jump on ship if this is really going great!

Hey @Hussseinkizz, thanks - looking forward to your contribution! There's actually a linux beta release here but a PWA would still be pretty neat. Keep in mind that due to pglite mobile support wouldn't work currently (as mobile browsers don't yet support it) but it'd probably still be useful for other platforms like Windows!
