更改摘要 (src/utils/udsMessaging.ts):
getDefaultUdsSocketPath() — 在 Windows 上返回 \.\pipe\claude-code-${pid} 命名管道路径，而不是文件系统路径。Node.js 在 Windows 上要求 named pipe 使用 \.\pipe\ 命名空间，文件路径会触发 EACCES；Bun 对两者都能处理。

startUdsMessaging() — 在 Windows 上跳过 mkdir 和 unlink，因为 named pipe 路径不是文件系统路径，不需要创建目录或清理残留文件。

stopUdsMessaging() — 同理在 Windows 上跳过 unlink。
