Changes to status of runtimes and modules

Each status should include id, createdAt, updatedAt, lastHeartbeat, status (RuntimeStatusStatus), uptimes (array aus number percent of last 14 days first index is today last 14 days ago). We will create a RuntimeStatus object linked to a runtime replacing the status field of the Runtime object and we will have a new status field containing a RuntimeModuleStatus with the same payload but linked to the RuntimeModule.

To implement the feature of the uptime in percentage, we need to make a downtime detection

Just saving the statuses and then calculating the uptime on request might be to expensive

so we need to just somehow already know the downtime before requesting. One implementation idea would be to run a cron job and calculate all the combined downtimes
