[Feature] Option for 48 kHz sample rate

Correct me if I'm wrong but Spleeter currently uses 44.1 kHz audio sample rate and there's no option to output 48 kHz.

It would be great that when the input file is 48kHz, that there's an option to also output audio separation at 48 kHz. This is my suggestion.
