Add a way to configure number of arguments per function

When inspect fails to find the correct number of arguments for functions, most calls happen with wrong numbers. We should allow passing information about the number of arguments for given functions to increase the success of calling them.

As a workaround for many cases, number of arguments for a few more functions and methods have been added.
