Silk.net window fails

First of all please don't close this or turn this into a discussion.
It is indeed a problem with silk.net

For example this is raylib_cs which uses glfw and runs fine...

I posted more info there which had absolutely no discussion about it before closing the issue.
Issues have a chat system so we can discuss it there instead of just closing the issue.

This is likely related to the comment I posted in #2610. Should be fixed in 3.0 already given we're not using GLFW so I've added the verify-3.0 label.
