• 2026-09-10: Completed official-reference importer dry-run/review/apply passes for all 59 tracked namespaces. Imported 73 exact matches in five commits; 618 placeholders remain where the importer reported no safe exact source mapping (1,128 blocker records).

• 2026-09-10: Opened progress PR #676 for the 73 exact official-source imports. The issue remains open pending resolution of the 618 conservatively blocked placeholders.
