Description

Removed .NET Interactive extensions and associated references as .NET Interactive is deprecated and archived.

Changes

• Removed Microsoft.Data.Analysis.Interactive and its implementation files.
• Removed Microsoft.ML.AutoML.Interactive and its implementation files.
• Removed Microsoft.Data.Analysis.Interactive.Tests.
• Removed all three projects from Microsoft.ML.sln.
• Removed obsolete interactive packaging targets from Microsoft.Data.Analysis.csproj and Microsoft.ML.AutoML.csproj.
• Removed unused .NET Interactive package versions from Directory.Packages.props and eng/Versions.props.

Validation

• Microsoft.Data.Analysis Release build passed with 0 warnings/errors.
• Confirmed no active project/build references to the removed interactive components remain.
