Callout: new pattern

While notices are meant to inform and alert (and therefore use a prominent section landmark), we are seeing a need for something less prominent, like a callout (which is typical in documentation sites or news articles).

Note

"Notice" is not a synonym of "callout." While "callout" can refer to drawing attention to something or challenging someone, "notice" typically means to inform or alert someone about something. Synonyms for "callout" include terms like point out, highlight, identify, expose, and criticize
