To ease the process on joining, I would suggest to automate it. Perhaps a GitHub Action could make it? Happy to help on that.

That sounds very useful, thank you! Would be more than happy for you to assist with that, as I'm not familiar with GitHub Actions. With #33, I'm trying to make joining easier by opening a ticket with the "join" label, so perhaps this can make it easier.
