Add transaction/s and gas price history

### Implementation ideas

 Add historical metrics and visualizations for chain activity.

  Metrics to track:
  - Transactions per second (TPS)
  - Gas price
  - ??

  Backend:
  - Store the data in the Indexer DB
  - Add API endpoints to query historical data

  Frontend:
  - Interactive charts/graphs for both metrics
