Revive removed `fedify init` options

Summary

Revive removed fedify init options.

• In-memory in Message Queue.
• In-process in KV Stores.
• Bare-bones in Web Frameworks.

Problem

Those three options were in version 1. But, while refactoring, the options removed.

Proposed Solution

Revive them. You can refer previous version.
